2023 — Present

👆 Designed the first it’s kind interactive screen for use in 200 B&Q stores to offer personalised colour support and inspiration for this new audience  

🎨 Partnered with our colour expert to design a quiz for site and screen to help customers find the perfect colour, achieving 87% completion rate and an 8% sample conversion rate

🔧 Launched a pre-checkout tool upsell that balanced friction with value, resulting in a 14% average attachment rate and a 73% YoY increase

🔍 Established a research function, and delivered refreshed customer mindsets to frame product direction 

🤝 Partnered with the Lead engineer to design and build a cross-platform design system to enable us to quickly iterate and scale

Bloom & Wild | Lead Product Designer

2015 — 2023

🪴 Led the expansion of plants and gifting curation across platforms, leading to significant increases in add on rates of 293% whilst building an intuitive, scalable experience 

🌸 Introduced a content focused space on the iOS app, to support range awareness, storytelling and encourage high value actions, driving a 5.5% RPU increase, alongside uplift in SKU impressions and occasions saved

✅ Enabled customers to self serve and receive an instant resolution through automation, that delivered a 73% self-serve success rate, transforming a negative experience into a positive moment

📃 Led the white-labelling of the Bloom & Wild app to onboard two newly acquired brands, seamlessly integrating a subscription-led brand to enable efficient customer management and tracking 

🌻 Refreshed the entire digital experience in line with the new brand design, crafting design principles and modernising the design system
