👆 Designed the first it’s kind interactive screen for use in B&Q stores to offer personalised colour support and inspiration for this new audience

📱 Shaping our app vision and strategy with the app squad, showing how the app is the future of Bloom & Wild
🪴 Led the expansion of plants and gifting curation on the iOS and Android apps, leading to significant increases in AOV and CVR
🌸 Restructured the iOS app to make space for a content focused tab, to highlight newness, offer personalisation, easy tracking and more
📃 Led the process of white-labelling the Bloom & Wild app to accomodate two newly acquired brands
✅ Enabled customers to self serve and receive an instant resolution through automation, turning a negative experience into a positive interaction
